Beauty of Life



Beauty of life to me
is not the things we have.
But the beauty of things
we feel and see .

The stars at night or the moon above.
The look in their eyes
when you know it is true love.

Flowers in the garden,
the smell of rain in the air.
The sparkle of the morning dew
as the dawn breaks on you.

Smiles upon the faces of
the ones you hold dear.
Even the tears that may
break your heart but
you know a kiss will
make them disappear.

The look upon the face of
friends as you exchange
greetings and feel that warm embrace.

The splendor of the sunset
as we say so long
to yet another day.

So please never forget
to thank the one above
who gives us everything we love.
