May give help to those

need it so desperately.
Many people who need
food, housing,
medical
or just a kind word.
This may also include animals
who need our help in so many different ways.
So won't you please consider giving
to your favorite charity or
organization.
If you can not give in
a monetary way,
maybe you could give
a little of your time,
items donated
or just a kind word
or
visit to those who may be shut ins
or in care homes and hospitals.

The C.A.S.T. foundation was
formed in 1991 to join
volunteers who love to fish
with disabled or disadvantaged
children for a day of fishing
in the great outdoors.
This is a great project for a family,
group or any individule who
likes to fish and help kids.
They not only take kids
fishing they also provide all the
gear which the kids get to keep.*S *
